                                  STORE POLICY

KEEP ALL RECEIPTS   

All transactions must be accompanied by all receipts.  Any exchanges or warranty claims must be
accompanied by original bill of sale and all related payment receipts. All sales final,, no refunds,
returns excepted up to 72 hours for store credit only.  Any merchandise accepted back into stock
is subject to 25% restocking fee.

PRICE HOLD LAYAWAY POLICY   

Layaway refers to our price hold policy. The company does not represent to hold merchandise at
store location once a layaway account is opened, but will guarantee the price of ordered
merchandise provided customer meets all obligations of layaway..  We request a minimum of 3
weeks notice prior to picking up your layaway to ensure your merchandise is in stock and
available.  We provide a 7 day full refund policy on initial layaway deposits only. No refunds on
layaway after 7 days. Any changes of merchandise are permitted about only change for
merchandise of equal or greater value.  Layaway payments must be made every two weeks.  If
payment is late, a fee of $10.00 or 2% of sale, whichever is greater, will be assessed except for
first instance where a one week grace period will be allotted one time only.  Any account with
inactivity of 45 days is assumed to be abandoned and will be closed with all monies forfeited.  

AS IS POLICY   

No exchanges, no returns, no refund, no service or warranty on any as is items.  

SPECIAL ORDERS   

Special orders require at least half down, are non refundable, and take between 5 and 25 days
to receive.  

DELIVERY   

Requested delivery service is available with an independent delivery service. Any policy
questions or scheduling should be directed to the independent service.  

LIMITED WARRANTY   

Under conditions of normal usage, the company will repair any defect in workmanship for a 30
day period from date of purchase.  Customer is obligated to bring merchandise back to store for
repair. (Telephone first to schedule repair.) The company is not responsible for damage to
merchandise due to the negligence by customer, independent delivery service, or other person
or persons acting on behalf of customer.  The manufactures do not guarantee upholstered
fabrics for color fastness, wearing or shrinkage. Therefore, we are unable to offer such
guarantees. Certain bedding producers and some upholstered products may offer additional
manufacture warranties which would be the responsibility of the particular manufacturer.
